This page lays out our Terms and Conditions. It may not be the most riveting of reads, however we do suggest that you read the terms carefully and agree to it all before placing an order.
It basically explains how your order will be dealt with, your rights and our duty to you.

The following terms shall have the following meaning: ‘The Company’ means NOMOI Ltd. ‘Website’ refers to www.nomoi.co.uk. ‘Customer’ means the customer of the company. ‘Contract’ means any contract for the sale of goods by The Company to the Customer.
The information on this page tells you the terms on which we advise you use the website and the terms on which we supply to you any of our products listed on the website. If you have any queries relating to any of the information on the page, please don’t hesitate to get in touch email@example.com.
Your order shall constitute an offer to us to purchase the products specified in the order. At the same time you shall complete an authorisation for us to recover, through your credit or debit card, payments due to us. We may accept or decline the order. Please note that acknowledgement of an order by us does not mean an acceptance of that order or that a contract has been made. We will confirm acceptance to you by email confirming that the order is accepted and that the product(s) is ready for or has been dispatched
We reserve the right to decline any order and/or to supply products to any individual or company. If we decline to accept, or cancel, an order for which we have received payment, we shall refund the payment.

PRICE & PAYMENT
The prices of the products are as quoted on the website. All prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of postage and packaging. More information regarding delivery charges and other relevant material can be seen in the ‘Delivery and Availability’ section below.
The prices of the products are given in Pound Sterling, at present payment will be taken in this currency.
We’re only human, from time to time we may be guilty of mis-pricing, we are under no obligation to provide any product to you at an incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an order confirmation.
In the interest of our customers we've chosen the safest and easiest payment method. You can make payments securely usingVisa (including Delta and Electron);
Mastercard (including Maestro and JCB);
American Express; and
Payment will be taken from your chosen payment method within 30 days of placing your order.
DELIVERY AND AVAILABILITY
When we have the items of your order in stock, we’ll do our best to dispatch as soon as possible. For parcels delivered in the UK we use Royal Mail or a courier, for parcels delivered outside of the UK we use a courier unless instructed otherwise. You’ll receive an email to let you know that your order has been dispatched.
UK customers - Orders should be with you within 3 - 5 working days after dispatch.
European customers - Orders should be with you within 5 – 10 working days after dispatch.
Rest of World customers - Orders should be with you within 10 - 14 working days after dispatch.
We’re also flexible, so if you’d like to request a specific delivery date, we’ll do our best to deliver on a day that works for you.
HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED?
The following prices should act as a guideline; these prices may be subject to changes due to weight of parcel.
UK Standard - £6
European Standard - £15
Rest of the World - £25
Notes: Good things come to those who wait. We don’t offer next day delivery just yet, but if you’re in desperate need, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org, we’ll work something out.
When a parcel is delivered you will be asked to sign for it as proof of receipt. If you are not there, a note will be dropped through your door stating how to get your parcel.
If you’re ordering from overseas, you may be responsible for import duties on your order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. As annoying as this can be we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they might be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You’re entitled to return an order for a product purchased for any reason within 14 days. If you do, we’ll process a full refund of the price paid for the product. In order to return a product we ask you to confirm to us in writing either via post or email email@example.com.
We ask you to take reasonable care of the product and keep within your possession. We reserve our right to charge for goods which are damaged or used by you prior to return.
There is no need to telephone us when sending a return, however feedback is always welcomed and very helpful for us to grow and improve. So if you can spare the time, we would love to hear your thoughts.
We will process any refund due to you within 30 days of the day we receive your cancellation.
Please note that refunds bought as a present can only be given to the original payer.
When returning any product to us, you must take reasonable care to ensure that they are received by us and not damaged in transit. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post and always retain proof of postage.
We ask for returns to be sent to us by posting the product back to us along with a completed Returns Form using the Returns Label provided in the delivery package.
If you establish that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity. We will replace them with similar goods, or issue a credit note for the invoice value.
If you feel that any of the goods you have received are deemed faulty, at our discretion we will replace them with similar goods or issue you a credit note of the invoice value.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Anyone can browse the website without providing any personal information. Personal information is only gathered at the point of purchase. We us appropriate security measures to protect the information you give us. However, it is important to note that there is no ‘perfect security’ and as such, no internet data transmission can be guaranteed to be secure from access by unintended recipients. We take privacy very seriously and do our utmost to ensure your security. We do not sell or rent the information you provide us to anyone.
We may use certain tracking data on the site. The information gathered is for internal use only and predominantly used to improve the website and our services. Tracking data may be used for compiling statistical, demographic, or aggregated information about visitors to the site, and also may be used to create reports on user demographics and the traffic patterns of the site.
